  • 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal flour
