- 2 tblsp oyster sauce
- 2 tblsp Chinese cooking wine (or dry sherry)
- dash of sesame oil
- salt and pepper
- 50g mushrooms, chopped into small cubes
- 50g celery, chopped into small cubes
- 50g carrots, chopped into small cubes
- 600g cooked and drained macaroni elbows
- GARNISH
- Finely chopped spring onions
- Crispy croutons
- Soy sauce
