- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
- 500g beef mince
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 500g uncooked spaghetti
