- 1 cup (250ml) vegetable or chicken stock
- 250g Chinese noodles
- 3â4 duck breast fillets, about 400g in total
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 large spring onions
- 300 g mixed vegetables, such as Chinese cabbage, carrots, broccoli, red capsicum and leeks
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 125 g baby corn
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 50g bean sprouts
