- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons white cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- For parsley crumbs:
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Description
This Crusted Salmon Is Absolutely Delicious. You Will Need To Cook It On Indirect Heat, Since The Salmon Cannot Be Turned. Make Sure You Check Frequently For Flare-ups.
