- 1 Beef flank or skirt steak (1-1/2 lbs.)
- 2 sm Onions, (cut into 1/2-inch slices)
- 2 med Green bell peppers, (cut into quarters)
- 12 sm Flour tortillas (6â7-inch diameter), warmed
- Salt and pepper
- Marinade:
- 1 pkg (about 1.25 oz.) Fajita seasoning mix
- 1/4 C Water
- 2 Tbsp Fresh lime juice
- Avocado Salsa:
- 1 1/2 C Prepared tomatillo salsa
- 1 lg Avocado, (diced)
- 2/3 C Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 C Minced white onion
- 1 Tbsp Fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
