Ingredients

  • 1 C. bulgur
  • 2 C. water
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 C. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 C. fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 C. prepared olive oil and vinegar dressing
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • one 15-oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 lg. tomato, sliced
  • 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
