- 1/2 C. sunflower seed, salted and shelled
- 3 lg. eggs, hard boiled, chopped
- 1 lg. tomato, chopped (optional)
- 2 lg. chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless, cooked and diced
- 1 C. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 C. bean sprouts
- 1 pkg. ramen noodles
- Dressing:
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 C. oil
- 1 pkg. seasoning from chicken ramen pkg.
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 C. vinegar (more to taste)
