Breakfast Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. pork sausage (links)
  • 9 eggs beaten slightly
  • 3 C. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 slices bread, cut into 1/8 inch cubes
  • 1 1/2 C. cheddar cheese, grated
  • dill (optional)

My Mom Used To Make This Breakfast Souffle For All My Sleepovers. Make The Dish The Night Before For A Quick And Easy Breakfast For 12- Just Toss Your Souffle In The Oven When You Wake Up And Wait An Hour Before Serving.
