Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest (optional)
  • 3 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons heavy (double) cream
