Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (1 kg.) salad potatoes
  • 1 celeriac (celery root)
  • 3 ,medium-size parsle roots
  • 4 large pickled cucumbers
  • 2 medium-size onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup (300 g) frozen peas
  • 5 tbsp. wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups (250-300g) mayonnaise
  • optional, a little liquid from the cucumbers
