Ingredients
- 4 tortillas (whole wheat ideally)
- 1 jar salsa/make your own/tomato puree
- 1 ball (ca. 220g) mozzarella cheese/ or 100g feta/whatever you fancy
- Handful olives
- 1 white or red onion
- One jalapeño/pepperonis (not the meaty kind ofc!)
- 4 small tomatoes
- Half a bell pepper (your fave colour)
- ½ cup basil (dried is fine but you wonât need half a cup)
- Optional:
- 1 chilli pepper
- ½ tin sweetcorn
- Itâs your pizza, add your favourite toppings :)
