Quick And Creamy Avocado Pasta


  • 150g whole grain pasta
  • a good handful of cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup basil leaves (dry basil will do)
  • 1 large avocado or 2 small ones
  • 2-3 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • maybe add a few tbsps of water, if too thick
  • sesame seeds (optional)
  • 0.5cm of ginger (optional)
