- 1 cup dry white wine
- 4 cups fish stock or water
- 6 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 sprig thyme
- 4 pinches saffron
- 16 mussels
- 16 scallops
- 16 large shrimp, peeled and deveined with the tails left on
- 8x2 ounce pieces grouper
- 2 tablespoons chopped, fresh chervil
- Coarse salt and freshly cracked black pepper
