  • 6 fresh ripe figs, cut in 4
  • Drained capers
  • Slices of Canadian Parmesan cheese
  • Anchovy fillets in oil
  • Choice of marinated vegetables
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Lemon segments
  • Slices of crusty bread
