- 2 tablespoons olive oil â (30ml)
- 3 large yellow olive oil
- 2 pounds ground lean lamb â (1000grams)
- 3 cups canned chop, plum tomatoes (Roma) â (750ml)
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste â (45ml)
- 6 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 2/3 cup of red wine â (150ml)
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano â (15ml)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar â (5ml)
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley â (175ml)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon â (15ml)
- pinch of ground cloves or allspice
- 3 tablespoons of Olive oil â (45ml)
- 2 cups of grated mozzarella, parmesan and ricotta combined
