- 2 cups shelled fresh or frozen peas
- 3/4 cup broken vermicelli
Pistou
- 1 1/2 cups lightly packed fresh basil, leaves
- 1 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
