  • 8 ounces cherry tomato
  • 1 English cucumber, (12 inches)
  • 1x8 ounce jicama

Basil Aioli

  • 1/2 cup lightly packed fresh basil, leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon, juice
  • 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
