- 2 cups new potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch coins
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 sheets of bison jerky, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup pearl onions, peeled
- 2 cups button mushrooms, quartered
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 bunches asparagus, peeled
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
