  • pinch nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • Juice of 0.5 lemon

Pear and Walnut Salad

  • 1 ripe Bosc pear, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/4 walnut, halved

Grilled Radicchio

  • 2 heads radicchio, halved
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
