  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/3 cup pearl onion, peeled, and, blanched
  • 8 asparagus, spears, peeled and blanched

  • 4x3 ounce Ling cod, fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground white pepper
