Ingredients

  • a little icing sugar

Filling

  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar, sieved
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup raspberries

Optional Raspberry Sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups rasbperries
  • 1/3 cup confectioner sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
