  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans beef broth
  • 1 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
