  • 1 cup shredded coconut(you'll need just a little extra to sprinkle on top of cake too)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs

    • 1 (12 ounce) containers Cool Whip
    • 1 (15 ounce) cans crushed pineapple(undrained)
    • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes instant vanilla pudding
