  • salt and pepper
  • 8 -10 slices white bread, not too fresh
  • 100 g thinly sliced ham
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

  • For the Cheese Sauce

    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 tablespoon flour
    • 200 ml milk
    • 1 tablespoon smooth Dijon mustard
