  • 3 small dried cayenne peppers(about 1/2 teaspoon, crushed pepper flakes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika(about)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
