1 cup unsalted butter, plus2 tablespoons unsalted butter1 cup creamy peanut butter, plus2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter3 cups packed brown sugar4 eggs3 cups all-purpose flour4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder3/4 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups milk1 1/2 teaspoons vanillaFor Filling
- 1 (8 ounce) packages softened cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
For Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 4 tablespoons Karo syrup
- 1 box powdered sugar(sifted)
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
