3 bananas, sliced1/2 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces(or 1 packet mixed salad leaves)1 cucumber, sliced1 cup snow pea sprouts1/4 cup mint leaf1/4 cup cilantro leaf1/4 cup roasted peanuts2 green chilies, finely sliced1 teaspoon grated ginger1 tablespoon fish sauce2 tablespoons lime juice or 2 tablespoons lemon juice1 tablespoon brown sugar1/4 cup coconut milk(I use reduced fat)
