Thai Banana and Green Chilli Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces(or 1 packet mixed salad leaves)
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup snow pea sprouts
  • 1/4 cup mint leaf
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaf
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 2 green chilies, finely sliced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk(I use reduced fat)
