- 1 1/2 quarts water
- 2 cups vinegar
- 8 large eggs
Hollandaise Sauce
- 1 lb butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons water
