- 2 tablespoons butter
- 7 1/2 cups milk, and water mixed
- ground black pepper
For the sauce
- 1/4 pint water
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon anchovy essence
