- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chopped shallot
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons walnut oil
