Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese, at room temperature (175 ml)
  • zest of one lime
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced (very fine)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (30 ml)
