  • 1/3 cup melted bittersweet chocolate, (2 1/2 ounces)
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour, plus
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup ground almonds
  • 3 egg, whites
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/3 cup melted butter, plus
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
