  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 1 lemon
  • 100g (1/2 cup) caster sugar
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) water
  • Glace icing

  • 450g (3 cups) pure icing sugar
  • 20g butter, softened
  • 11/2 tbs milk
