- 1/2 cup small mint leaves
- 1/2 cup Vietnamese mint leaves (see note)

Spicy dressing
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 small red chilli, thinly sliced
