  • 250g dried apricots, chopped
  • 200g dried pitted dates, roughly chopped
  • 110g (1/2 cup) sugar
  • 100g craisins - sweetened dried cranberries (Ocean Spray brand)
  • 4 dried red chillies
  • 1 6cm cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pinch of ground cloves
