  • 1 large fennel bulb, ends trimmed, quartered
  • 1 tbs baby salted capers, rinsed, drained
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill, extra
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tsp fresh lemon juice
