    2 tbsp Duke's light Mayonaisse
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    16 asparagus spears, about 8 oz
    4 skinless salmon fillets (3 oz each)
    2 tbsp fresh dill weed
    1 small fennel bulb
    6 cups baby spinach
    1/4 c. snipped fresh chives
    1 can no-salt-added Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
