  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) smoky barbecue sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 ripe avocado, stoned, peeled, mashed
  • Tomato salsa, to serve
  • Sour cream, to serve
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
