- 1 cup shredded nonfat or reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fat-free egg substitute
- 1 cup evaporated skim milk
- 2 tablespoons unbleached flour
- 1 tablespoon nonfat Parmesan cheese*
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese*
- 1 tablespoon fat-free egg substitute
- * In this recipe, use regular Parmesan cheese, not a fat-free product.
