Baked Brown Rice Pudding


For the pudding:
1/2 cup raw brown rice
1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Pinch ground nutmeg
Pinch salt
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1-1/2 cups heavy cream
