1 lb. broccoli
1 small head cauliflower (about 1-1/4pounds)
9 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil; more as needed
Kosher salt
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Large pinch dried red chile flakes; more to taste
Pinch saffron threads, crumbled
1/2 tsp. yellow mustard seeds
1/2 tsp. brown or black mustard seeds
4 medium cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh ginger
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime, cut into wedges

This Makes A Tasty Vegetarian Meal When Served With Rice And A Yogurt Sauce, But I Also Like It As A Side Dish For Grilled Lamb Chops.
