Ingredients
- 15 buns (or as per your need)
- 3 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
- 1 tomato - finely chopped
- 2 onion - finely chopped (save half for topping)
- Bunch of coriander leaves - chopped for topping
- About 500g in total of chopped potatoes, green capcicum, cauliflower and green peas
- 2 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1-2 lime
- Salt to taste
- Butter for frying the buns and 1tbs to top the mash
