Cucumber Rounds with Hummus and Yogurt

Ingredients

15-oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 large clove garlic, coarsely chopped
3 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
3 Tbs. tahini (mixed well before measuring)
2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. ground cumin
Kosher or sea salt
1 large seedless cucumber
1/4 cup plain yogurt, well stirred
2 Tbs. sesame seeds, toasted until golden brown

Description

Yields About 40  Hors D’oeuvres.
