Meatloaf With Roasted Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients

1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 cup fresh bread crumbs

1 egg, beaten

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 medium potatoes (about 1 1/4 pounds), each cut into 8 wedges
