Ingredients

  • 4 Asparagus Spears (about 5 inches long) peeled trimmed and cut into thirds

  • 2 cups Mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoonRed Fresno Chiles Finely chopped
  • 1/4 cupChopped Garlic finely
  • 3 cupsOrganic Tomatoes seeded diced juice reserved separately
  • 1/4 cupItalian Parsley finely chopped
  • 6Basil chopped
  • 1 pound Spaghetti or Spaghettini
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
