Ham 'n' Cheese Tostada Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 cups each torn spinach leaves, red leaf lettuce and iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and well drained
  • 3/4 cup chopped Roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 2 (5-ounce) cans Hormel® Chunk Ham, drained and flaked
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded low-fat Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely crushed tortilla chips
