Ingredients
- 1 large ripe cantaloupe
- 1 container Greek lemon yogurt or cottage cheese
- 1 cup blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or a sliced banana
- Honey
- Cut cantaloupe in half, scoop out seeds, discard. Save one half of cantaloupe for later.
- Spoon Greek yogurt or cottage cheese into middle of cantaloupe.
- Top with berries and drizzle with honey.
- use any flavor of yogurt.
