    1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
    1/4-1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (honey flavor)
    3 large strawberries (or blueberries)

    Mix = YUM

Description

I'm Addicted To This Yummy Breakfast. You Can Mix Up Which Fruit You Add. I Usually Make This Part I To My Breakfast And An Hour Or So Later, I Add A High Protein Meal About 300 Calories.
