- 1-can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 jar (4 oz) diced pimientos, drained
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 12-6-inch corn tortillas
- 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 can salsa de chiles verdes (green enchilada sauce)
- 2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese
- 2 sliced green onions, cilantro and/or toppings of your choice
